This moment captured is of the ocean pool located in Cronulla which is one of the many destinations dotted along the coastline of Australia where communities form and surfers alike come together to enjoy the sea. Shot with a Canon EosR 24-105mm f4 lens and Nisi Filter System
Following very stormy conditions last weekend, a big swell attracted the more experienced surfers to the Beaches on the coast of Sydney. This surfer gestures the wave as a defiant act once he has conquered the wave.
This was about my 10th attempt trying to get this shot with my Nikon AW120 camera.Very happy after so many attempts.
I know the horizon is crooked, I like it that way ;o)
I go here every morning. It is a wonderful way to start each day. ;o)
