An image created by lying down and shooting into the light streaming through a hedge with a super wide aperture.
These three flowering crocuses form part of a 1300 metre long "blue wave band", symbolizing the Rhine river waves. 25 tons of crocus corms were planted to create this flower band.

Syn: Crocus reticulatus. According to a recent publication:

the valid name of the Hungarian populations should be C. variegatus.
Crocuses for some color on another day with a lot of wind, clouds and rain.
