To introduce young people to the medium of digital photography / equipment / developing an eye to enhance the message the young photographer is trying to relay / editing skills. All achieved via ‘out and about’ community photography.

The core focus is a young person's perspective of the community - what's good / what’s not - all through the eye of a digital camera. Compiling a visual overview of the community, highlighting its strengths, and identifying areas of development for young people, and the wider community. All achieved by a walkabout.

Putting an eyesore to good use. Whoever owned those countless old, battered, useless public pay phones in Los Angeles seems to have disappeared from the face of the earth and left them behind, but now some creative minds, like Jennifer Korsen, are putting whatever is left of them to an artistic use. (Spotted in front of the Goodwill store on Santa Monica Blvd. in January 2014.)
