While on a photography tour we came across this street near Amsterdam's Central Station in the old part of the city. We enjoyed the colorful contrast of the canal boats and buildings as the streets carried on as they normally do.

Architects: Ictinus and Callicrates, built 447-438 BC. The most important extant building of the Greek Classical period, it was dedicated to goddess Athena Parthenos.
