Selfoss (Icelandic pronunciation: [ˈsɛlˌfɔsː]) is a waterfall on the river Jökulsá á Fjöllum in the north of Iceland. The river drops over a number of waterfalls over about 30 km before flowing into Öxarfjörður, a bay of the Arctic Sea.
Thank you all for the visit, kind remarks and invites, they are very much appreciated! 💝 I may reply to only a few comments due to my restricted time spent at the computer.

The work was created in DDG Text 2 Dream using Mike's photo as the source. The prompt is the title of the work. I processed it in Topaz Studio as the Sepia version and then processed it further in PS Beta 2023. This version has a layer of the original output with PS filter "Luminescence" at 58%.
Mike, please choose your favorite, and I will post that one in the challenge. Thank you.

At the Slimbridge Wildfowl & Wetlands reserve in Gloucestershire many of the birds you see are wild but some are captive/clipped. This is just one of the reserves created by Sir Peter Scott (son of Antarctic explorer Captain Scott) & a great deal of conservation work is carried out here including the Great Crane Project.
Well worth a visit.

No photo shop effects just good old mother nature providing some cool looking stuff. It sure is mind boggling.
You really have to look at it for a bit to fully take in what is going on in this shot. The little stream fans out in symmetry. The sun burst through the clouds highlighting only the trees around the stream, the still water catches everything in it's reflection.
It was a day of clouds with sun breaking though now and then. creating really interesting lighting. I waited about 25 to 30 minutes for the correct conditions to get this shot.
