……A turn to ’Tabletop photography’ today for my iPhoneaday 365 shot #036. Shot on my phone in Apple RAW & edited in Lightroom. Press Z or 'Pinch Out' to pixel peep. This still life is ‘flat lay’ in natural light (plus a white card on the right) on a black backdrop with Blutac to hold the 1½” cream pots in place - and all for Smile on Saturday which this week has for its theme ‘two same’. No cream (or Milk) was spilt in the taking of this shot. HS😊S, Alan:-)

Zowel de reizigers die met interurban-motorwagen 30 in East Troy zijn aangekomen als de inzittenden van de Studebaker Commander Coupe kunnen genieten van een ijsje uit de Ice Cream Parlor.
De zware vierassige door Standard Steel gebouwde motorwagen is met bouwjaar 1929 bijna een kwart eeuw ouder dan de gestrooomlijnde coupé uit 1953.
De auto's staan in Church Street waar door middel van het waarschuwingsbord bij de overweg de aandacht op drie kruisende sporen gevestigd wordt. Op hoogtijdagen is het hier inderdaad een komen en gaan van historische railvoertuigen.
Amerikaanse "Interurbans" zijn bijeengebracht in het "gelijknamige album".

This was taken at my favorite garden, Point Defiance Park, Tacoma, Washington. This is a terrific park with wonderful gardens, as well as a zoo/aquarium, beach area, 5-mile drive that overlooks Puget Sound and the Narrows, and hiking trails throughout!. What a beautiful area! Definitely worth your attention!

…… And not any old cream - Cornish Clotted cream! Not for me I hasten to add, Jill picked them for her tea. I’m actually on sips of water only & feeing very rotten!! We three had finished our starters. Tante, though, who is three years shy of her 100th birthday, savoured her soup at her own sweet pace, and when she perceived the waiter approaching, intent on preparing our table for the next course, she chuckled into her spoon.
"Take your time!", she muttered. "We old ladies are abominably slow.", and, as the waiter turned on his heel, she sipped - unruffled - further.
