There is no other word to describe this. We took some of our legendary 10-year-old Bourbons & finished them in barrels that held New York’s finest artisanal maple syrup from Crown Maple®. The result is a rich, creamy-smooth & slightly sweet mouthful of whiskey flavor that is way beyond good. It’s decadent.

☞ Independent Rum
"Made with Grade A molasses or table molasses. It is fermented for 7 days to build up flavor profiles in the end spirit. Our Rum is double distilled to create a full-flavored spirit." (The distillery also produces a barrel-aged rum.)
☞ Hellbender Corn Whiskey
"Made from locally sourced corn from Riverview Farms in Ranger, GA. The mash bill is 83% Corn and 17% Malted Barley. It is designed to be a full-flavored whiskey with a big corn punch."
☞ Hellbender Bourbon Whiskey
"Made from the same mash bill as our Corn Whiskey. It is aged in new charred American White Oak barrels for an average of 17 months. Each batch is distinct with slight variations from the wood contribution."

A Double Shot of Endeavour Old Tom Gin, Tuscan Pear Rooibos Tea Syrup, House-Made Triple Sec, Peach Bitters and Fresh Lemon
This was a fun place to check out, I like how they pay attention to the ingredients and take the time to make the cocktails right.
My wife had the honey crushed lemonade, a cocktail consisting of Railspur no. 2 Wildflower Honey White Whiskey, Muddled Blackberries, Honey Syrup and Fresh Squeezed Lemonade
