Now those people against Occupy Central including those media in Mainland China are describing the protesters as rioters and they are suggesting the violent action suppressing the protest.
Are they just scarecrows?
Will the Hong Kong and Chinese government do the same crime like 25 years ago in Tiananmen Square?? Will they lose their mind and act like killing machines against the peaceful protesting students and citizens?
Are they blinded by their sunglasses and did not see the real demands for the basic democratic rights by Hong Kong people?
The world is watching!!

This is the decoration that was the actual objective of the trip where we got the "Santa in Flat Electric Snow Globe." And yes, it's made out of evergreens since we bought it from, you know, a garden center.
Our HOA is pretty fussy about taking down Christmas decorations quickly....we were thinking about taking off the gloves, whiskers, nose and hat, removing the light, and just leaving it sit there as a very conical bush.

I was completely STUMPED for an idea today. I felt uninspired and not creative. I messaged with a friend a messaged, she sent me a photo of her baby, I sent her a photo of me with a cup of tea. She messaged back saying she liked the vintage brown shirt, I was wearing. That little seed, nestled in and took my brain on a tangent, to seek out some other browns. I walked around my garden and this shed, that is mostly fallen down and been reclaimed by natured invited me in. The cat was a bonus I wasn't expecting!

cliche saturday-- thought you could use a chuckle for the last weekend in february
went to have a gabfest with a dear one and was telling her about PKR's wonderful jade plant find, which reminded her of their christmas cactus in their four seasons room. the CC has acquired a persona, or maybe it's a disguise, since last i saw her ~grin~.....
this makes more sense if you have some memories of the tv series "the addams family".

Now that's more like it! (I uploaded one without sunglasses before and I only considered to add sunglasses when I already uploaded the first picture - so I redid it.)
Not perfect but let me tell you: this has been the most difficult selfportrait I've ever taken. Mostly because... I couldn't see a damn thing!!!
You can see my arm reflected in the sunglasses. But in the spirit of selfportraiting and embracing that, I didn't do anything to edit it out.
(This idea has of course been done before... but being a redhead, I couldn't resist.)
