I didn't get a change to upload a photo yesterday because last night Nard and I met up with his friend, Josh, and went bowling.

This was actually the last shot I took of the night, and with the amount of beer I had I'm impressed that this came out so well!

I had taken some nature shots previously throughout the day but decided to go with something further from my usual. It's always good to have a bit of variety in photography.

One thing about the inside of a bowling alley is that the lighting conditions can be challenging for photography. Especially if it's Cosmic! I was happy for the opportunity to practice.

I went bowling last night with some friends.

Cosmic Bowling

Gotta love that strobe flash feature! This shot was for a Ledger Dispatch feature story on "Cosmic Bowling", where the bowling alley would increase business by playing loud music and turning the lights down, thus ensuring that the teenagers would flock there.

Fun assignment, and it made a nice package. This was my favorite shot. 1996.
