...so good for a gin girl (and a cointreau ring in)
I love the corkscrew lemon peel...!
...looking forward to visiting the bar when it finally opens Gordon & Amanda!
Part of the series "Raise the Spirits" 5"x7" 2014
Consists of equal parts gin, lemon juice, triple sec (commonly Cointreau), Kina Lillet, and a dash of absinthe. The dash of absinthe can either be added to the mix before shaking, or added to the cocktail glass and moved around until the glass has been coated with a layer of absinthe. Add a lemon slice.
1 1/2 oz brandy (Germain-Robin Fine Alambic)
3/4 oz apple brandy (Laird's Bonded)
3/4 oz sweet vermouth (Dolin)
Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. No garnish.

Made by the Libation Goddess herself, Audrey Saunders.
When placing the drink in front of me, she asked "Do you know what your garnish is?"
"Umm, lemon peel?" I replied.
"No, your garnish is your hangover" she quipped with a grin.

Cocktail of Lillet Blanc (which is why I ordered it), Gin, Cointreau and Absinthe.
Sunday Cocktail Hour: Corpse Reviver #5 #cocktailrobot -•- Every time I have a variation of the Corpse Reviver, two things pop into my head: 1. I love them all 2. I wish it was named something that didn’t have ‘corpse’ in it. This cocktail was spotted on Kindred Cocktails and is credited to the Rickhouse in San Francisco. 1 oz Blanco tequila (@volcantequila ) 1 oz Cocchi Americano 1 oz Pineapple syrup (Pineapple Gum Syrup) 1 oz Lemon juice 2 ds Absinthe Shake first four ingredients with ice. Strain. I used an atomizer for the absinthe. Garnish with lemon. Dee. Lish. Put this on your list! I may change the name from Corpse Reviver #5 to “Happy Time Pineapple Agave Cochi Absinthe Drinkaroo”. -•- #cocktailrobot #noFilter #cocktails #cocktail #cocktailsofinstagram #corpsereviver #HappyTimePineappleAgaveCochiAbsintheDrinkaroo #fujixe3 (23mm f1.4) via Instagram instagr.am/p/CL3K3gqLJC5/ February 28, 2021 at 11:04PM
