The waters at Bukal Falls in Majayjay, Laguna originate from the streams at Mt. Banahaw. These waters are cool and clear. Visitors can even refill their drinking bottles at a pipe used to bring down water from a water source higher up.

A photo taken last Saturday of our local bison trying to stay cool by a large pond at Jester Park in Polk County, Iowa. In 1870, the last pair of wild bison were spotted just west of Spirit Lake, Iowa. Now, this is one of the few captive herds scattered around the state.

The forest is a rich green in early summer around Cucumber Falls in Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands. It really is a delightful, peaceful setting to walk your dog or play in the water.
Q - I think this is a Lenticular cloud but not entirely sure. 🤔

There was tiny avalanches rolling down the side of this mountain and the rangers were doing avalanche control that day.... I managed to get some cool shots of that. Straight from the Canon 40D with some sharpness added.
