These are more of the photos I've taken in the last week. My friend and I are working on a Moroccan cookbook together. This week was heavy on shooting with over 1000 photos. We're getting closer.

Add White wine

Chicken stock
Let cook for 18 minutes
Finish with Gorgonzola, butter and Grana Padano
