Cutting... cutting... cutting ingredients for tacos and mlled cider.

I couldn’t resist this. It is a new invention here which is made of 13 chrome stainless steel and DP cobalt steel whatever those are. It is supposed to be hard and pliable at the same time, and very easy to take care of. It is great!! I love it!!

Masanobu 24 cm/9.4" Chefs Knife

I am not a big believer in relationships with the inanimate objects, yet today is the first day of my life-long relationship and ownership of this magnificent knife by Masanobu. Like any major commitment, this one began several years ago ( five, or a little more), it went through high and low points, it involved feeling close and moments of almost loosing hope. Eventually, love and generosity prevailed... I am thankful and humble, and I am still in awe - this beautiful blade is now mine for life.

Today (Sunday) I have been reading American Psycho. I found it on the Bookcrossing shelf in Starbucks in Horsham. I've been reading it a lot since. I've heard of it before and I have to say I'm quite impressed so far.
