valentine and cookie are not getting along so well, so they're sitting far apart on their shelf... maybe i should make a duct tape line??
I was so stressed one Monday because of school and I went to the grocery to find something to make me feel better. I passed by the shelf of cookies and saw these cookies on display but thought of not buying it because I did not want to spend too much. But when I was already lining up at the cashier, I was really thinking of its chewy goodness that I decided to go back and grab a pack for myself. When I reached home, I immediately microwaved it and enjoyed it hot and chewy. And the feeling was so rewarding! ;)
More Valentines Day cookies. I never planned for the colors, but since I had the grey from working on a different project I decided to use with pink and I loved how they turned out (well, I liked them).

Made these cookies for the 52 Weeks of Baking swap on Swap-Bot. For the swap, you share one recipe that you baked during the week, a picture of it, the reaction to it, and any lessons learned.
These cookies are very soft - almost cake-like.
Cookie and Nickel; Nickel was gelded and given a loving home many years ago; Cookie was put down last year before her owner changed residential locations.

Variety of cookies.
I baked a bunch of cookies the night before flying out to Chicago to meet up with some friends for NYE. I made them help me decorate the next day. These are the results. Elath help us all.
