Get a baking tray. Lay out Keebler's Fudge Stripes Cookies fudge side up. Place a giant marshmallow on top and gently smoosh to make it stick. Toast until marshmallow is golden. Take out of oven and gently smoosh another Fudge Stripes Cookie on top. Voila~ Easy and delicious cookie S'mores!

The Spinto Band/Arctic Monkeys concert on March 18, 2006. He's the only one we saw after the show...this is the only worthwhile picture I have of the evening. He couldn't get in the tour bus! haha

This time I'm not satisfied about one single picture of the serial.
We decorated the table with cookies, but it splashed too much (we threw a bouncy ball into the glass) for them and in the end they were totally soaked through. And that's the reason, why I cut the picture that much.... :/
My co-worker's daughter was selling these frozen cookie dough as part of her fund-raiser so I bought the lemon coconut one. I would have bought the chocolate chips and/or oatmeal raisin but I wanted to get something that I don't normally bake, which is this . . . lemon coconut. These frozen cookie dough are great because they're already pre-formed . . . all you have to do is plop them down on a cookie sheet, bake and eat! I was surprised because they actually tasted "home-made." ;-)
