The mountings on the VW pulley are offset drilled to ensure it pulley can only be fitted one way, this because it is marked with the timing marks, after a bit of measureing i got them spot on, the original holes are 8.5mm for clearence, but mine are 8mm and fit perfectly, god i'm good! the 2 smaller holes are for the locating dowels, they also line up in case you were wondering.
To mate the manifold with the original system i had the end modified by fitting a flexible joint, it now lines up perfectly, i also had a lambda boss welded in for my new ecu.
Filling in the holes left behind by the old lid prop, some suitably sized rubber grommets worked fine here.
