In the soft and dreamy light at the end of Winter this scene took on an air of reminiscence, just perfect for committing onto a gentle colour negative film like Kodak Portra.

HFF everyone. Here's another autumn shot of mine that seemed to beg for a black and white conversion. This is my last day of work until after Christmas. Hopefully we'll have some decent weather to go out shooting. I hope you all have a great weekend!
What to do with a surplus Volvo B10M! Chop bits off, weld bits on and then, voilla, you have a unique recovery vehicle.
New to Cumberland but latterly with Stagecoach Merseyside as a Magic Bus vehicle, 20748 is seen mid way through its conversion at Howards Travel's Moore base.
Yet another Mercedes Benz Tourismo for the Crawley Luxury fleet but this time something slightly different. 789 CLC is the first tri-axle and also the first PSVAR conversion - done by Walters in Oxfordshire. It was new to Shearings as BJ16 KXT and is seen at Crawley tonight, 16th July, 2021.
Cyber conversion unit:
So this is a pretty simple design, the basic just of it is that processed humans will be placed onto a conversion crane apparatus, which will lower them into the conversion unit chamber (it's a small rounded chamber under the main level) the chamber houses a conversion unit, a curved framework with operating arms and equipment for conversion. The rounded grate is used to filter out unwanted or discarded organic parts. Once the human is fully converted, the crane will lift them out and into the stasis chambers. The conversion chamber is then sterilised, ready for the next conversion.
Desert and badlands seem to invite monochrome conversions; I think it's because the landforms are so strongly textured and lined. No misty Blue Ridge here; no Canadian Rockies postcard views. Instead, something more stark and primal. Killdeer Badlands, Grasslands National Park, Saskatchewan.

A mono conversion using Silver Efex Pro2. Much sharper than the previous colour image - 4 secs didn't allow the howling gale to rock the tripod!

The 2nd half was a complete turn around from the first. Whatever Bath had in their half time cup of tea seemed to work as they ran out 27-21 winners thanks to two late tries.
That's it from The Clash - a great day out for my first trip to Twickenham.
I'm going to take a break now - Happy Easter everyone!
