This man carrying his clamp(?) reminded me of a certain Jay Maisel shot.

This was a particularly frigid morning in Pittsburgh with a temperature around 19 degrees. I had trouble feeling my fingers on my right hand, even with intermittent use of gloves.

This construction worker had just climbed out of the crane in the background and was heading to lunch in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Photo taken from city bus stopped at a red light.

The site has been sitting dormant for almost a year now and has become a real eyesore for Queens Plaza aka The Wild West. I can only surmise it's all due to a Stop Work Order (SWO).
