April 2. Work continues to be done on the new student housing at Bryn Athyn College. So far they are called "the Towers" but I have a feeling a more official name is on it's way.

Citing the alarming rise in construction related deaths (in the last two years, 30 construction workers have been killed while on the job), hundreds of hardhat construction workers, along with elected officials and community leaders, gathered near New York City Hall on January 18, 2017, to demand the City Council to pass the Construction Safety Act, a series of bills that will provide for true professional training to improve the safety of all construction workers and the general public. Dozens of hardhat construction workers engaged on peaceful civil disobedience leading to multiple arrests.
