The new Corry Elementary School has a retaining wall. Someone said 'That looks like the Vietnam Memorial Wall' and a great idea was born. The History Club of Corry High School had undertaken the project of the "Constitution Wall " in Corry, PA which will be dedicated on Friday, September 19. The Club has designed the wall to be a permanent memorial to those individuals who have served in the military in peace time as well as war-time, as well as Policemen, or Firefighters. The Wall will consist of granite blocks etched with the name of an individual who will be remembered for preserving our Constitution and our First Amendment Rights. The cost to honor someone is $60. Click here for more info. Flags of each branch of the service have been purchased by various clubs in the school.
