This is the Triumphal Arch of Constantine. To the left, in the photo, you can see a guy dressed as a Roman soldier. There were a few of them wandering around. You could get your picture taken with them, probably for a few Euros.

Constantine: I'm done hanging around those costume wearing do-gooders. I'll do better without their lot bothering me...now where the bloody hell can i get a smoke around here?
