Cal Guard Master Fitness Trainer (MFT) students from around the state conduct Physical Readiness Training (PRT) to include four for the core and guerilla drills in preparation of the confidence course as part of the two-week MFT course. This includes the lunge walk, shoulder roll and Soldier carry. The course, taught by the 1st Battalion, 205th Regional Training Institute from the Washington Army National Guard, is held at Camp San Luis Obispo, Calif. Dec. 12th. This is that uncertain expression of hers that I have mentioned before. She doesn't have that look of confidence that Jessie has when it comes to posing for pictures. But I'm working on it. :D
As I looked at this picture, I wondered: although it’s possible to be extremely confident and not be terribly curious, is it possible to be curious without at least some degree of confidence? Probably not.
