A picture of my computer that I made by taking 6 pictures then stitching them together. The stitch wasn't perfect (there was a lot of parallax), but it still looks cool. Yes, that is an older computer in the desk. Eventually this one will replace that one. The filesize of the stitched together version is 6.52MB!

Baggs work includes photography & computer based painting. He is a current Jacksonville resident and self taught artist with studies in Electrical Engineering, Communications and a degree in English from the University of Cincinnati, graduating in 1976. From his earliest manipulations of imagery done with video processing equipment to today’s computer based artistic tools, Baggs has exhibited in Cincinnati, Dayton, Chicago, San Antonio, and for the past 3 years at the Public Library in downtown Jacksonville.

Since 1996, Baggs has been concerned with “symmetry and harmony”. He finds elements within a photograph and then “samples” or “paints” with these elements to obtain colorful patterns and an exploration of textures embedded in a photograph. A selection of works spanning 2004 – 2011 will be included in this exhibition.

Baggs has included “art books” in his past Jacksonville exhibitions. Elements from a new book study, “Painting with Light – the Peruvian Diaries” will be included, drawing from photography taken over the past 3 years in Lima and Tarma, Peru during mission trips with Shepherd of the Woods Lutheran Church of Jacksonville. Baggs limited edition art books can be found in the Library collection as well as the Jaffe Center for Book Arts in Boca Raton.

Review of my recent computer, ordered from Digital Storm Online. A superb experience throughout.

If you found this review helpful and buy a DSO system, mention “Torley Wong - Order 12976” in the order comments box to help me get a bonus towards my next DSO system.

Why is this the most-viewed photo in my stream?

Mrs. M. checking her dive computer.

My wife needed to use my computer, so she booted me off, and went to town on Facebook. Important stuff, mankind's fate rests upon the constant management of Facebook. My sketchbook was laying nearby, so I went to town.

This is the photo that inspired my photo. what i liked from the other photo was that it was very good taken and to because i like close picture. And i like my photo bacause its close to and because its black.

My son wanted an Apple Computer theme birthday party. So I created these Apple laptop cupcakes using marshmallow stackers, blue Fruit-by-the-Foot candy and blue frosting for the keys. They are secured with toothpicks. Quite popular with the kids. Although I think any Apple Fanboy would be happy to have these.

Besides school & field hockey, I really didn't do anything except talk to people and do stuff on my computer. Not a very productive day. :/
