Fantasy Art and Portraits showcases the art from fantasy computer games. We feel Art Lovers shouldn't have to buy and play games just to enjoy great art. It is our mission to bring the art of computer games to Art Lovers who might otherwise miss it.
And because computer games offer the chance to enter the artist's vision, play around with it, and make your own pictures, this is also a site for Writers looking for cover art and Roleplayers looking for portraits for their characters.
Drop by and have a look now!
If you like fantasy art of all kinds, come follow our blog!--We introduce fantasy art *every day* (and not just computer game art).
Single player co-op mission with AI squad members. Fun for training, but teh real pleasure is playing these co-op missions online (or on a LAN) with real people as your squad members.
As you can see the graphics are good, as good as CoD4 but not quite as luscious as ArmA2. Mind you the demands of ArmA2 were so high it was nice to look at but a pig to play!
OFP2 is just right in it's demands on your system - even in online play - and even my Athlon Dual Core coped with it very well.

Just finished coloring the faces and sticking the hearts on.

What if… I just thought I'd put a different spin on the current artwork for Infamous Second Son on Playstation 4. Pretty pleased with the result actually :)
Wings of Prey - my first play with the demo of this game and what a gorgeous eye-full it is!
This wonderful screen shot of the basic Spitfire which the game calls a 'MK II' - this would be the version 'B' with 20mm cannon.
Computergames are sometimes fun to play yourself, but álways fun to watch your child play..
She starts glowing behind the screen, moving the car named Putt putt through the fields.
Life can be so much fun.
This screen is closer to the 'in-game' look of Heroes of the Pacific. But this screen still flatters it I think! The graphics quality of this game belies it's age as it's a few years old now (released for XBox in 2005!) - but as a budget title it's an OK diversion.

One thing about finding a 'sweet spot' for sniping is that sooner or later your opposite number will find you...
Sometimes these sniping/counter-sniping hunts can turn into very personal duals as you come up against the same target/hunter again and again!

Back in the 1980s I cut my computing teeth on the BBC Microcomputer for both work and play.
Despite the limitations of its graphics it was exciting to pilot the spaceship on its trading and shoot-em-up missions.
Initially the game had to be loaded via a Compact Cassette and flying with the keyboard buttons was very difficult.
The Voltmace joystick made flying very much easier and I rose to the ranks of 'Elite'.
Over the next 40 years I mastered Photoshop, Video editing and 3D computer imaging. Graphic quality and rendering speeds improved exponentially. Recently I was blown away by the capability of games on the Xbox Series X.
I fulfilled my ambition to set foot on all seven continents many years ago. Now that my wings have been clipped by age and health insurance issues I can at least fly my own planes on virtual visits.
Whilst the nearest that I have gone into space was watching a Space Shuttle take off from Cape Canaveral my journeys are now limitless.

The first drink of the day - and very refreshing it is too. I hope you can make out the frost on the bottle. It was chilled to exactly the right temperature...
Yes, the glass is wrong, but I don't have a special cider drinking glass - yet!
