A bit cluttered, but I added this anyway, I always like to see where others create, so here's my space!

#ComputerDesk - You do not have to spend extra money on a computer desk armoire. If you have a dining table no longer needed, simply move it and make a few small changes. This will turn your dining room table in a spacious and functional office desk with space for computer and paperwork.

Niche 31" Desk in Truffle

Adding a hole for cables to connect with the computer below reduces the clutter on the deck. The solid maple is beautiful with its 4 coats of cherry stain. The satn feel to the deck and bull-nosed edge makes it beautiful and comfortable to work on.

Note: This album was restricted to viewing by Friends/Family until I changed/removed personal information in September 2021. I made it public at that time since it was many years ago and we have all moved on. My family and I lived in this beautiful old Virginia home from March 2004 to February 2010.

We found this desk at Walmart for less than $100. He still has it and the desktop computer (May 2011), although the desk is a little worse for wear. This was taken in 2004. It didn't look like this for long. He pretty much filled it up.

I have to take apart one corner of my computer desk to move it, and it uses hex nuts instead of standard bolts. Previously, all I had was that L-shaped allen wrench to work them, which was a pain in the ass.

This time, I went to Home Despot to get a ratcheting hex wrench. Made things SO much easier this time.

I'd know it anywhere. What do I see when I click on Action Shots at ThinkGeek, the very first shot shown to me? The Bunker!
