Awwww, it's such a great book. I like it just as much as my 1984 Technology encyclopedia which makes allsorts of predictions for the future. Like images and text coming through the phoneline. Crazy...

Picked up the new computer so hard to dissemble the old one to extract the hard drive and transfer it to the new computer. Mac does not make it easy to take a peak in side, about 20 screws and popping the keyboard lose and threading the orange tape the hard drive was finally accessible!

This is my computer area. I recently replaced my very much loved, but very old computer with my also very much loved not so old laptop. It gave me much more room on the desk. The internet is a great resource and I also use a word processor, photoshop and picture cd's to add to my art.

Four teams from LIT Thurles won major awards at Games Fleadh 2018 with 11 from the college’s B.Sc in Computing in Games Design and Development course recognised for their achievements in game design and development.
Prof. Vincent Cunnane, President LIT, has go of I Wanna Be A Shoot 'Em Up which won Best in Team Performance, by LIT students Nathan Dunne, Luke O'Brien, Eoghain McGrath and Alexander McAllister.
More than 300 people, including secondary school students and their teachers, attended the all-island games design and development competition for third-level students.
Supported by Microsoft Ireland, EA Games, First Data, Game Sparks, Smyths Toys Superstores, and the Irish Computer Society, the 15th annual Games Fleadh took place on Thursday, March 22, 2018 on LIT’s Thurles Campus which is home to the B.Sc in Computing in Games Design and Development..
