Ok, here is the end result of deleting the A/C compressor on my Jeep. The compressor, bracket and idler were removed completely. Alternator was flipped over and secured using the bracing bracket to secure it. Idler pulley was then reattached to brace using a ford water pump bolt and a couple nuts to complete. Next I added a used grooved pulley I found in the shop. It was attatched using the same method as the upper idler. Topped it off with a 710k6 belt

There are numerous of pressure switches for air compressors come in market. Picking the right pressure switches is pending on what the air compressing system is. A new pressure switch is usually more precise than to repair a old one, while adjustable digital pressure switches give you more convenience when use them.
When the compressor plugged in air compressor system, the motor starts and the air compressor begins to pressurize. When the specified system pressure is reached, a relay will control the electrical contacts apart, breaking the circuit and stopping the motor. As air is used and tank pressure drops to a specified ‘cut-in’ setting (approximately 30 PSI below the ‘cut-off’ setting) the relay contacts close and the motor starts again. The cycle continues as long is the air compressor is in use.
