490 sq. ft. Ipe deck with a roof structure supported by fiberglass columns. The roof allows them to enjoy their deck in their hot backyard while keeping the sides of the deck unprotected for grilling and sun bathing. The railings are Ipe with black aluminum balusters. The skirt is handmade Ipe lattice with custom designed Ipe corner pieces to add a little something extra.
A 3 way flight of Millboard composite Vintage Oak decking With an oak handrail. The steps are designed to be manageable for somebody with limited mobility and the Millboard provides a weatherproof, non slip surface, while still being easy on the eye. The balustrade is a 100mm wide Oak handrail with 50mm square rails infilling between the posts.

1200 sq. ft. Evergrain deck with many different custom accessories. The balcony has a glass rail and finished underneath so the deck portion is usable during rain. The gazebo is set up 2 steps from the main deck and set with a fan underneath for hot nights. The kitchen area was completely designed & installed by our crew including the tile. Every step has 2 step lights along with every post having solar light caps. We resurfaced the dock and added a large gate from the main deck area to access it.
