This is the next gen composite decking that we installed over pavers in the suburb of Hillarys in Perth.
We first had to make sure that the framework was level and pack it up and use the pavers as it foundation. once we did that we could lay the NexGen down which the client wanted to have a picture frame and as well as that we assisted in installing the lighting on the deck.
This is the Trex decking job we did in the colour Island mist in the suburb of Mount Hawthorn Perth.
They were originally had pavers here and we want to make it look better so we used a treated pine decking frame and use the pavers as our foundation.
We made sure that the decking frame was level and the Joist at 450 mm.
Client wanted the deck picture framed which you can see in these pictures we did that as well.

We had a hose from this rain barrel to the front, but then we had the idea to move the whole thing to the front. There is another barrel in the back.

Rainier View Construction & Roofing created a nice feel for there Clients the Castonguay's. There deck was very small before with a small landing and falling apart. We installed a custom Timbertech composite Reliaboard deck with a nice woodsy cedar rail system as per clients wishes.
The design is by Bill Banford. The client had a new home that needed an outdoor entertaining area. She requested a deck and screened in gazebo. The design team created a custom gazebo with intricate details while maximizing the space without taking too much away from the yard. They also did not want a standard deck so we gave them a shaped deck with ample space to entertain.
