Lisa Christiansen upholds a steadfast commitment to children. Having experienced poverty at a young age, Lisa brings a highly personal sense of involvement to her charitable work, instilling hope in the hearts and minds of children around the globe. The Lisa Christiansen Foundation was established to provide families with baskets of food and has served thousands of people over the years. Among her many endeavors, Dr. Christiansen donates over $100,000 in bicycles to children for christmas.

Domestic commitments kept my photography confined to the garden againt today so I decided to continue with the series of images of the birds which visit my bird feeder.

ผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดของประเทศไทยกำหนดจะเข้าร่วมพิธีการลงนามในประกาศเจตนารมณ์เพื่อประเทศไทยที่ยั่งยืน (Statement of Commitment to Sustainable Thailand) ในวันที่ 6 มิถุนายน 2565 ณ ศูนย์ประชุมสหประชาชาติ กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อแสดงเจตจำนงที่จะพัฒนาขีดความสามารถและความตระหนักด้านการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนภายในจังหวัด ผ่านการร่วมมือกับสหประชาชาติและพันธมิตรต่าง ๆ พร้อมสนับสนุนเจตจำนงอันแน่วแน่ของประเทศไทยในการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน และความมุ่งหมายที่จะก้าวขึ้นเป็นประเทศที่มีรายได้สูง มีการพัฒนาที่ครอบคลุม ยั่งยืน มีภูมิคุ้มกัน และมีความก้าวหน้า ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับยุทธศาสตร์ชาติ 20 ปี และร่างแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติฉบับที่ 13 และโมเดลเศรษฐกิจชีวภาพ-เศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียน-เศรษฐกิจสีเขียว (BCG)

Commitment for marines means constant drive toward excellence, an extreme ambition for self-improvement, the never give up never surrender mentality. Marines make an extreme sacrifice when they join, they give up their way of life and who they used to be, to become something great something they can be proud of. A personal example of commitment is when I committed to self-improvement. As a result I gave up smoking, drinking, being lazy, and eating unhealthy. I replaced those things with meditation, exercise, reading/researching, eating lots of raw foods. My commitment to myself has had an amazing effect; I feel much more a live and now truly enjoy life.
