Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia at Smithsonian Air & Space Museum

The computer used in Apollo capsules used a specialized language consisting of "verbs" and "nouns", which were input as 2-digit numbers, used for navigation and flight control. Zoom in to see the "cheat sheet' printed on the front panel.

This is a shot everybody takes; still I like the way the colors reflect.

This was the first production Apollo command module delivered to NASA. It was used for testing and training.
