artist Paul Gulacy. This is the artist of the pages that Jibby recolored recently and uploaded here and to Gulacy's website.
We told him how we knew Jibby and he said Jib did a great job on the coloring, they were colored as they should have been when they were published in the '70s, and that he really made the pages "pop".
So this picture is for Jibby.
Characters straigt out of comic strip...even the boy on the road seemed to me some one from a famous comics.
This comic is an accurate portrayal of a milestone in my life. It's about me figuring out my sexual orientation and then having to tell my family about it. I really did meet my girlfriend at a party in a cave. We have now been together for 5 years. When I figured out I was a lesbian my life made perfect sense. I was extremely excited about figuring out this fact about myself. I couldn't wait to tell all of my friends and family the news. I didn't really care about how they would react. I just knew that I was happy. This was hand drawn and is about true events and conversations.
