The second to last page of the Chicago Auto Show special comic. Oh yeah...the vehicle featured is a 2021 Chevrolet Suburban. This year marks a milestone for the SUV other than a new vehicle for the 2021 model year....this marks the 85th anniversary of the SUV while it's brand cousin...the Tahoe celebrates 25 years. The Suburban made it's debut in 1935 as the Suburban Carryall and the Suburban has been the oldest name in the Chevrolet lineup beating out the Impala, Corvette, Silverado and Blazer. Of course there was a very unusual honor of the Suburban. As the new vehicle had it's private debut in Hollywood...the Chevrolet Suburban had it's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! The Suburban has been in many different films and TV shows from "Dante's Peak" to the "Chicago trilogy"....of course that could include most of the roles in A/NZ* and Hong Kong films and one British TV mystery show where it was the Holden Suburban.

For the second year in a row I attended Oro Con, a comic book convention held in the parking lot at Feather Falls Casino in Oroville. Converging on the scene were many cosplayers dressed as superheroes and comic book characters.
