Hiking toward the morning sun. About one and a half hours after local sunrise time. The trail is covered with pine tree leaves and is very comfortable to walk on.

Taken from their site: Built by Colonel and Mrs. Harvey Vaile in 1881, it was "the most princely house and the most comfortable home in the entire west," the Kansas City Times reported in 1882. Situated on North Liberty Street, a mile north of the historic Independence Square, the three-story Gothic-like structure today sits in solitary splendor, an architectural anomaly among the surrounding Midwestern homes.
The 31 room mansion includes 9 marble fireplaces, spectacular painted ceilings, flushing toilets, a built-in 6,000 gallon water tank, and a 48,000 gallon wine cellar. This mansion is one of the best examples of Second Empire style architecture in the United States.
CH IT Tobia (Italian Beauty Champion) feels very comfortable in the snow!
He has a dense, curly, woolly and waterproof coat.
He is Lagotto Romagnolo breed, water dog.
This is the only breed of dog that is officially recognized as specialized in truffle hunting.

I tend to nag at myself irl, just as much as I do about my SL avatar. Constantly tweaking my shape, skin, size, never really happy or content with what I’ve done... but I’m very happy with my look in SL these days. I don’t know where I draw inspiration from, it’s just a feeling, that “this is what it’s supposed to be” and I just go with it. I suppose I entered the polar opposite realm from where I was a few years ago with my static “Alex” LOGO head, and now I’ve been on a journey since then to find my new “me”.

My attempt at the "Flickr Friday" theme "Comfort".
This shows one of the turning wheels on my trusty Novoflex bellows I use to create a vast majority of my images with. I really like the high-quality look and feel - it's a very effective and comfortable tool in many ways, so I think it has earned a little shoutout.
