Comcast sent us three different direct mails today. Two about their new triple-play packages, and one about the new on-screen guide. An incredible waste of paper, considering we got an e-mail about the new guide and we already subscribe to their triple-play with HBO, Showtime, Starz, and an HD DVR. They can't milk much more out of us.

"One Moment Please: Your service has been temporarily interrupted. It should be restored momentarily." This has been increasing in frequency ever since they forced us to switch to digital. We've had a few hours of service over the past week, otherwise it has been like this.

Comcast employees and community volunteers gathered at Wilson Elementary, as well as at numerous other schools in Salt Lake, West Valley, Midvale and Clearfield, landscaped, re-painted walls in side the school and lines on the courts outside.
