The Jahangiri Mahal is mostly built of lakhauri brick faced with red sandstone. The brick is only visible where the facing has been destroyed.

We added shiny things inside the central column for the cloured lights to reflect on

'I won't let you bury it,

I won't let you smother it,

I won't let you murder it,

But our time is running out..'

These unique columns were formed as igneous lava cooled and contracted, causing fractures.
