Another autumn day and the colours are still nice although they look better when the sun shines which hasn't been the case today. It has also been much colder than yesterday. Fynn went out many times but always returned indoors quite quickly. It was probably not only cold also too boring outdoors as the dogs aren't in their garden very often when it's cold and even the rabbits prefer to stay in their rabbit villa.
Today is last day of summer.
Past week the temperature dropped 5 degree C below the normal. We start seeing some beautiful fall colours. Hey, this is Canada ;)

Już jesień
rodzi się w moich oczach
Króluje
przez kilka miesięcy
i odchodzi
JESTEM JAK JESIEŃ
złota
szczera
ciepła
zimna
KOCHAM JESIEŃ
Kiedyś przysypie mnie
liśćmi
JESTEM JESIENIĄ...

I had to go to a town called Hamirpur for a day on work on Thursday.I came back home yesterday. It was a hectic trip as Hamirpur is a five hours drive through pretty bad mountain roads from Shimla. However at this time of the year the countryside is beautiful because of the mustard fields and I got one or two nice shots on the way.I got this shot of three ladies near a small place called Brahmpukhar somewhere midway between Shimla and Hamirpur.
The ladies of Himachal are fond of bright colours and often while working in the fields they tie their dupatta (piece of long cloth which is usually draped over the upper portion of the body) around their heads.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone!!
The beauty of scrub woodland in winter against a dark brooding sky. The larger trees are ash and sycamore, and the smaller scrub thorns and willows. I planted most of them many years ago.
True Colours amplified by using a Fill-In Flash as the sun was setting over the cliffs at Falesia Beach in the Algarve.

View large on black (especially for Rigs): View On Black :-)
I was downtown getting some DVDs today, and this vine was covering the wall next door to the video store.
I think people thought I was a bit crazy getting out the camera, but the light on these red leaves was just gorgeous!!
nope, you do not have to visit your optometrician ....! It's just a traditional house on a steeply inclined street in Bergen, Norway :)
