La Petite Venise - Le quai de la Poissonnerie, le long de la Lauch, à droite le marché couvert.
Un des plus beaux endroits de Colmar.
Colmar is one of these towns that get far more than their share of tourists.You'll be hard-pressed to find locals on the streets of the old town. But the reasons are obvious. It's a beautiful medieval town.

Colmar ist eine Stadt im Elsass in Nordostfrankreich, an der Grenze zu Deutschland. Das Altstadtbild ist von Kopfsteinpflasterstraßen und Fachwerkhäusern aus dem Mittelalter und der Renaissance geprägt. Am zentralen Place de la Cathédrale steht das gotische Martinsmünster aus dem 13. Jahrhundert. Die Stadt liegt an der Elsässer Weinstraße, die für Riesling und Gewürztraminer aus der Region bekannt ist.

Colmar an der elsässischen Weinstraße gilt als die bezauberndste Kleinstadt von Europa, oder auch der ganzen Welt. Dank seiner vielen, mit Blumen geschmückten Kanäle wird die Stadt auch gerne »Zweites Venedig« genannt. Kopfsteingepflasterte Gassen und beeindruckende Fachwerkhäuser vervollständigen die Bilderbuchkulisse. Oder kurz: Colmar entspricht genau dem, wie sich die Welt das Elsass vorstellt.
