October is a period of two seasons for us. Sometimes it looks quite nice when autumn and winter collide in a moment.

Yesterday evening showed a beautiful polarity in the sky. On the left dark clouds, almost giving the impression of a volcano eruption, on the right the most beautiful sunshine. As in live extremities can be close together. Blavand Fyr, Jylland, Denmark

even if our hearts collided

Can I trust it to be

Spring is too far away for this tiny cherry tree.

Confluence of the Missouri River and Mississippi Rivers. Where worlds collide.

High Tide at Kalim Beach- Night Shot

I think I love Autumn more than summer - the light is softer, the colours are more interesting, the sting has gone out of the sun, and the tourists have gone, its still perfect for the beach, the water is a little cooler....and there is a mellowness infused in everything.

And 'my' pool is still again in the mornings...the lovely Bronte pool which has been transplanted from the Garden of Eden breathes slower and deeper and takes a well deserved rest from the crowds of summer.

Yes, its upside down my fine flickr friends - hope you all have had a lovely weekend ...I know I have :)

This is a concept I've been playing with for a while, combining several ideas and photos with layers and Photoshop effects. But I couldn't find a title for it ... so I thought this SoS challenge was a perfect way to find a name for the finished image!!

For the Smile on Saturday challenge: "title wanted"

*** Thank you Paul for your inspired suggestion***

It was funny to watch the jellies collide. The gently bounced off one another.
