Tantra Coffeehouse is located in San Marcos, Texas. I was having some work done on my car, so I walked over to this place for a cup of coffee while I was waiting. The place has a lot of atmosphere and the people were friendly. It's a campus hangout and after looking around I soon felt like I must look like a grandfather to the rest of the people there..;)

ENG: You can see the small but beautiful staircase in the Patisserie & Coffeehouse Krönner in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Bavaria. What I can already say is that the cake and coffee were definitely worth the money and as a little treat there was this beautiful staircase on top.

Yesterday I was reading a novel by Dirk Cussler in which he described a man "pacing the room like a caffeinated hummingbird". The mental image triggered by those words generated led to this.

Not a bad selection. At the Whataday Cafe in Eldersburg, MD. A very pleasant spot for a tea and a sandwich. I got a London Fog and a Monte Cristo.
A sign outside a little Cuban shop in Key West. Both the coffee and the Cuban sandwiches were delicious!
