Normally, I spend the work-day animating, but I do spend some time digging into code and scripts to build utilities to make it easier to get my animations done. Today I wrote a MEL script to step through keyframes on a selected animation curve in the Graph Editor. The script knows if you have anything selected, which curve the keyframe is on, and it centers the view on the keyframe. That'll only make sense to people who animate in Maya. :)

The irony of the shot, and I could be wrong, is the middle eastern looking figure/mural in the background. Not to mention the fact that the "War on Terror" code system is an absolute joke for many reasons, including the fact it was exploited by the Bush administration to steal a second election on 2004.
I think this should be abolished. If the authorities know of a terror plot against us they should stop it or come forward with a frank and direct announcement, if not they shouldn't promote fear, or exploit a system to enhance the government protecting itself rather than the people.
The code system at best is vague and confusing, at worst it's a tool of terror in itself.
What Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld did in 2004 was precisely put their self interest before the nation. Sort of summarizing the 8 years we lost as a nation under their reign.

these square QR codes are all over in japan, billboards, food packaging, newspapers... because there, it's known that a mobile phone can scan this image and get information about the subject... or link you directly to a website on your mobile device. but here in central park, it just looks strange as most people dont know what it is. you can download apps for iphones and other smart phones that can read it tho-- its pretty cool... you can even scan this image on your screen. (its a trivia question about the pond)
