The iconic "Gambrinus" lobster sculpture, located near the Port Vell area in Barcelona, is a quirky and vibrant addition to the waterfront. Created by artist Javier Mariscal, the lobster's cheerful appearance and outstretched claws make it a popular attraction for both locals and tourists. The bronze sculpture was originally part of a seafood restaurant, and it has become a distinctive landmark representing the whimsical spirit of the city.

At over 700 feet in length "Garibaldi’s Pier's End" is the longest on the Oregon Coast. It is a majestic scene!
The building once served as a boathouse for the Coast Guard from 1934 until the 1960s. Folks now fish and crab from the pier.

The Ringling Bridge spans Sarasota Bay and connects Downtown Sarasota, Florida, (on the left) with St. Armand's Circle and Lido Key. This original photograph was taken in the late afternoon, just as the sun was setting, turning the clouds purple and pink and lighting up the bridge and city. A photograph of one of many amazing entries in the 2012, annual, sand sculpture contest on Siesta Key Beach, Florida. These dolphins looked so life-like, you had to look twice to make sure they weren't real. The title was digitally added to the photo. A digitally-framed version with the same title is also available on this site, in my gallery labeled Susan Molnar Digital Photo-Paintings. I have the digitally-framed version hanging in my home and unless you go up and touch the canvas, you think the photo is matted and framed.

This beautiful view of Lido Beach, Florida, was taken from a restaurant high above the beach. You can see a summer storm approaching off-shore, but it didn't deter any beach-goers. The photo was digitally painted to achieve a watercolor look. Upon emailed request, I can upload a digitally framed version so that a stretched canvas print appears as if it is framed and matted (see examples of this technique with some of my other work here).
