The sunsets after a changeable day are the best :-) Single hand held frame for this shot. F14.0 to give the star which is a bit more closed than I would like but I was happy with the result.

I went for a walk on Christmas day. It was mostly cloudy, but there were a few breaks in the clouds. I like the way the clouds established layers in this shot with the tree silhouettes in the foreground, patchy clouds in front of shaded hills, a portion of the Cascade range spotlighted with the sun, and a partially cloud obscured Mount Baker looming in the background.
