I'm about to descend this track, pass an old house site on the right almost invisible in this gloom if it wasn't for the remnants of its orchard, cross over the drainage line and approach another man made structure positioned in the landscape.

Just who coined the marketing phrase "location, location, location" is not important. This is a nice site, on a well drained slope above the permanent water of the Molonglo River. And yet I preferred the outlook, intimacy and privacy of the location of the Coppin's ruin back up the hill. One stands, another has fallen. I guess "location, location, location" isn't everything after all.
