While waiting for my wife this morning I snapped a few pictures from the front yard Christmas morning.
Breathe deep...
The heavens warmth
The magic in its pervasive light...
Flow into our veins and make this as real as the fire in my chest...
Making love under the stars...
One step closer...
Uncovering my soul's depth...
My chastity...
My piety...
My shame of nakedness...
Lay in silent testimony to this mans journey...
Eclipsed by the glow of your skin...
Fueled by mortal desire...
I will miss the old as they jeer at my passing...
Heaven holds witness to this earthly entanglement...
Richly rewarding our frail quest for glory...
The dancing stars tease...
Pure wonderment - enticing our minds to continue on this path...
But it is with the light of dawn that breaks this space in time...
With the pain of abrupt abandon...
We release the magic held so tightly - if only for a moment...
Grey tones replace this once colorful life...
The steel press attempts to reduce our souls it to a fine powder...
One more cup of coffee and I am done...
Before I return...
A moment to recapture that starlit scene...
Breathe deep my love...

On my way home to Mommy.
I had no idea that a week later she would be an angel up in the skies.
R.I.P., darling beloved.
On the last night we went for a meal, as we were staying not to far away in Feohanagh, we went to The Old Pier Seafood Restaurant overlooking Smerwick Harbour. Fantastic food and view. This was the scene as we came out. The picture had to be taken :o)) The Three Sisters (An Triúr Deirfiúr - Binn Hanrai, Binn Meanach and Binn Diarmada) on the left of the picture.

Sometimes reflections can be beautiful. I took this photograph in Buffalo City, Wisconsin along the bank of a channel of the mighty Mississippi. I loved how the algae and other particles look like stars in the water. Nature is, truly, incredible. #nature #photography #water #reflection #trees #stars #seasonal #beautiful #landscape #leaf #mississippi #river #wisconsin #travel #thelittlethings #clouds #sky #adventure #wanderlust #explore #smalltown #midwest #followme #seewhatisee #supportsmallbusiness #capture @travelwisconsin @natgeoyourshot @natgeo @natgeotravel @travelandleisure @digitalphotomag
