Mistral is the prevailing wind in Sardinia which blows from north-west. Here we see the coast near Teulada, in south-west Sardinia.

After a morning of rain, we finally got a little sunshine in the afternoon. I was quite taken with the clouds
Another fine view as we zip past the only sizable lump of cloud above Central Europe... being limited to 25,000 ft does have its advantages!

I can't wait to get back to the Sierras. I hope I get another chance soon.

Last year, at the beginning of May we have taken a drive to Beaverhills Natural Area. The road was calling us for the sun was shining, the skies were amazing and the world awakened from winter slumber. Such a pleasure to visit again, even if it is only in pictures ;D
