Daisies in the early evening already closing up ahead of a frosty night.

Marvel of Peru or belle de nuit flowers open in the late afternoon and close early the following morning. As the flowers close the stamens and the style fold back into the centre of the flower

Every now and then on of these will let me get in close.

Still very tiny, the little ones don't want to be far from Mom. Three of the babies can be seen here, behind their mother's tail. The fourth was climbing the wall to join his family.
