Seemed important to seal up the brick walls with foam here too, as we get below grade. Anything to keep moisture at bay.

Cutting the pipe to length and using a nice threading machine to put it all together.

Cut the 4" rail out of the top sheet.

Things are starting to look good together.

The threader is efficient and useful, and I wish I needed it more often to justify buying one.

Volara foam on the playing surface.

Cut out the cupholders and tested them out.

Starting to come together.

Covered the fowm with black whisper vinyl.

Laying out the cupholders so they will be perfectly centered and spaced.
