HOLIDAY JOY FROM CANDY CANE LANE 90's , Betty teen 90's , and no name clone

The other day I tried to talk to myself, several times...

This is a clone of the Peach Fuzz. Like the Acapulco Gold, it uses a pair of those little LM386 amp-in-a-chip dealies like they use to make cigar box amps and it simulates the sound of a cranked-up amp...kinda. The Peach Fuzz adds an op-amp to kind of mediate things and turns it into more of a fuzz than an amp simulation, but it still kind of has that character. It still cleans up really nice with the Volume control on my guitar and the output level is much more manageable than the Acapulco Gold, although still pretty hot. You can see where I have it (the right knob) for unity gain. It's a very cool fuzz.

I couldn't resist ... having the two, near perfect images ...

Vincent has popped up from his home in Southampton for a few days.. We did around 170 miles in and through the Peak District.

Getting Vincent into the cloning frame of mind here!!

For my first go at Get Pushed I was partnered up with Stacie, who has plenty of beautifully composed and processed shots in her stream. She also seems to be something of a Get Pushed veteran; go take a look.

She came up with a great exercise for me: "My challenge is for you to make a photo using cloning. I don't see any on your stream, and thought that might be a fun thing for you."

Cloning involves taking two pictures of the same thing (preferably something unique) in two different positions, and then merging the images on the computer. Best attempted with the help of a tripod.

Working out what to do here was half the fun. I make web sites for a living and spend a lot of my time pair programming with other developers. We share a desk and computer, working together on the same problem. We share the typing, work on the design together, and change roles frequently. I've always wondered what I'm like to pair with, and this is as close as I'm likely to get.

I'm quite pleased with the results (I think it's rather fun), but I can't help wishing I'd bumped the exposure up a bit more. I think I'd have spotted this if I'd tried the B&W conversion before merging the layers. Once you've spent plenty of time getting your layers "just so" you really don't want to go back to the beginning and start shooting again!

This was Stacie's response to my push:

Took a while but got there in the end, I'm chuffed with the Macro's but lost interest in Bly when the Yellow was too dark on the Helmet, Then totally lost Heart when I printed the Torso the wrong size!!!:-(

Looking frorward to getting the right yellow and doing him right!!!

Quick clone I did awhile back. The whole team was assisting me with the process :)

For the Airspeeder Guild Build @ CABG. It just screamed "cave racer" at me.

I’ve resigned myself to never finding out this Clone’s identity asides from pinning her era as ’70s due to the stencilled airbrushing and made in Hong Kong mark, as well am horrified by her nubby feet.

But I’m 500% sure she has a modified and copied Penny Brite body as seen in this comparison pic as she’s the same height and proportions in comparison to a Skipper so yea.

Only my second Clone shot. What'd u think?

Pretty boring day. It started raining a short while after I got to school so we really didn't have the option of doing anything outside. Gergle is pounding that AP stuff into our heads in review for the Final on Friday.

Part of me can't wait to take it and get it over with but another part is really nervous because after 9 months of non-stop work and endless amounts of information you wonder if you can really remember it all. But we took a practice exam yesterday and a practice exam today and I scored a 4 on each of them so I'm not too worried but something about 151 questions, 2 essays and a DBQ starting at 8 in the morning isnt exactlly reassuring. I dont wake up until after lunch so we may be having some problems.

Doubt It though.

After that during Mr. Williamson's class there was a mad struggle to finish something for Mrs. Cullipher, the only problem was that Mr. Williamson wouldnt let us work on anything else while he was talking so everytime he would pause we would write as fast as we possibly could. I think Sarah thought it was pretty funny

I Finished thought.

The rain continued during lunch and Paige's class and finally quit about half way through 6th period. Then I went home. Laughing.

Can't tell you why though.

Anyway this is me, and me reaching for the same bottle. Really easy to do, or at least easier than I thought.

But just to let you know Steve Irwin would probably do a special on me at this point. (Inside Joke)

i am taking a photo of my self!

I wish this was a reality. Five of me to take care of everything I need... I have so many things to do, that this would be AMAZING. =P

This was a fun picture to do. I wanted to do a self-portrait, but not just ANY self-portrait... So, this was a fun one! I've never done a clone shot before, and I think it turned out pretty good. ^______^

Please meet my first Clone CCE Doll.

Lime A. Clone lived with two drag queens named Ivana Tinkle and Venetia Blind, hence her name, and lived a life of dragalicious glamour, many sleepless nights, a ton of sequins, and Cher music galore.

She took her chances and moved in with me......next door (lol) as Ivana Tinkle is on the run for forgery and Venetia Blind got a gig on a gay cruise ship that seats 4 people. She's also the captain and hostess of the boat.

I missed you all so much! I actually love this dolly and feel that the time would come where Blythe would have fellow clone dolls.....just look at how many Barbie clone dolls came out in the 60's and 70's and look how many are still coming out!

She came in her box literally mooning me. Her butt was facing the cello and I originally was going to keep her in the box but it was so easy to save the box and take her out. Her head turns and eyes work perfectly and she has real funky dull neon pink eyechippies that I love. Only one smudge on her left cheek and uneven bangs but all in all a real sweet and fun doll.

She was so happy to play and get out of her hooker dress (you know the queens had her ready for the streets...hehehe) and wear some chic fashion from *Jaszmade. This is the IT Suit and IT is frigging fantastic!
