Brooding on the impeachment process robs my sleep and peace of mind these days. While the clock slices time into pixel-bits to the rhythm of Julian of Norwich's 'mantra' - “All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.” I respond with a heavy, muddy wheelbarrow of doubt.
I recropped a bunch of photos that I missed the first time around to make them squared circles for a clocks mosaic

I bought this Acctim Radio-controlled clock from Robert Dyas. I could not get it to show anywhere near the correct time after several attempts - resetting it, leaving it to pick up a signal overnight, changing the battery, and switching it to a manual quartz clock and then back again. It was obviously picking up a radio signal but on each occasion that the hands stopped moving the time was several hours out.
I was about to return it to Robert Dyas when I decided to phone the manufacturers. The switchboard immediately told me that what you have to do is take out the battery, put it back the WRONG way round, leave it a few seconds, and then replace it the correct way round.
I tried this somewhat bizarre solution and the clock immediately worked perfectly. If this solution is so well known to the manufacturers that even the switchboard know of it, why can it not be included in the instructions?
In addition to the lens flare effect (keyword, 'clock', I made this image black and white. I can't think of the name of it right now, but I believe I used an additional effect to give the image an 'old' effect
WIT: Last minute photo, it has been a very busy week. The eyes are mine, cut out of another photo. The hands of the clock represent both time and a smile. Why is it time to smile. Well the moving truck in last weeks assignment will soon be packed with my stuff and headed south. I guess the truck was a sign. Our house sold and if all goes well the wife and I will be moving to Tennessee. That left little time this week for PCA work, but still wanted to submit.
